Rodent Control Oregon is an editorial publication and an operator directory for residents of the state of Oregon. The articles, city pages, and species guides on this site are general informational content. They are not professional pest control advice, not legal advice, and not a substitute for an inspection of your specific property by a licensed operator.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

We publish original editorial content about rodent activity and rodent control in Oregon, and we maintain a curated directory of independent third-party operators in the cities we cover. We do not employ those operators. We do not dispatch crews. We do not perform extermination, exclusion, or building work ourselves. When you call the phone number on this site, you are routed to a local operator who is responsible for the work they perform under their own license, their own insurance, and their own customer agreement.

The operators ranked and described on our city pages are listed editorially — meaning we choose them, we describe them, and we update or remove them at our discretion based on what we observe in the field. We do not accept payment for placement, and rankings are not for sale.

Even so, an operator's appearance on this site is not a guarantee of any particular outcome on your property. We do our best to keep the directory current, but business ownership changes, crew quality changes, and any given operator may be the right fit for one job and the wrong fit for another. You are responsible for verifying the operator's license, insurance, and references before authorizing work.

The articles in our Learning Center, the city-page field guides, the seasonal pressure timelines, and the local FAQ entries are written by editors with field experience but not as a substitute for a professional inspection of your property. Specifically:

• Our content is not licensed pest control advice for the purposes of ORS Chapter 634 or any other regulatory framework.
• Our health-and-safety content is not medical advice. If you have been bitten by a rodent or have been exposed to rodent droppings and have respiratory symptoms, contact a physician or your local public-health authority.
• Our tenant / landlord notes are general guidance, not legal advice. If you are pursuing a habitability claim under ORS 90.320 or any other statute, consult an attorney or your local legal-aid organization.

The original text on this site — the species guides, city field-guides, articles, seasonal data, and directory descriptions — is copyright Rodent Control Oregon. You are welcome to share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish entire articles, scrape the site at scale, train machine-learning models on our content, or repackage the directory for commercial use without our written permission.

The total liability of Rodent Control Oregon to any user, for any claim arising from the site itself, is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

We may revise these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
